Q: What is the Penda Points Referral Program?
A: The Penda Points Referral Program is an exciting initiative that rewards you, our valued patient, for referring new patients to Penda Health. Both you (the referrer) and the new patient you refer will earn Penda Points!
Q: How do I participate in the referral program?
A: It's easy! Simply provide your name and mobile number to a friend or family member who hasn't used Penda Health before. When they visit one of our medical centers or use Chat na Penda, they'll give your information as their referrer.
Eligibility
Q: Who can refer new patients?
A: Any existing Penda patient who has had at least one valid visit can refer new patients. This includes both adults and children.
Q: Who can I refer to Penda Health?
A: You can refer anyone who has never visited a Penda medical center or used our telemedicine service before. This can include family members, friends, or colleagues.
Q: Can I refer patients if I use insurance at Penda Health?
A: Yes, patients who use insurance are also eligible to participate in the referral program.
Rewards
Q: What do I get for referring someone?
A: For each successful referral, both you and the new patient you refer will earn 100 Penda Points each!
Q: How and when will I receive my points?
A: Your points will be added to your account after 24 hours after the patient you referred completes their first qualifying visit. You'll receive a WhatsApp or an SMS message to let you know when the points have been awarded.
Q: How long are my Penda Points valid?
A: Penda Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are awarded.
Q: How can I use my Penda Points?
A: Penda Points can be used to cover a portion of your bill, provided you make a purchase at our pharmacy during your visit to our medical center.
Referral Process
Q: What information do I need to provide for a referral?
A: Just give your full name and mobile number to the person you're referring. They'll need to provide this information when they visit Penda Health.
Q: How does the person I refer submit my information?
A: They can provide your name and mobile number either in-person at any Penda medical center or through Chat na Penda when they access telemedicine services.
Q: What does the person I refer need to do for the referral to be successful?
A: The person you refer needs to be a new Penda patient and complete a paid visit with a minimum spend of 500 KES.
