Telemedicine is a service whereby clinicians assess your condition over the phone by asking you questions. By hearing your story in your words and asking you the right questions, we can often rule out dangerous conditions, make a diagnosis, and set you up with the right initial treatment. We’ll deliver drugs to you at work or at home so you can start getting better right away! If we need to see you in person for lab tests or to examine you physically, we’ll tell you – and we won’t charge you a consultation fee in our medical centres. If you feel like you’re not getting better after speaking to one of our providers over the phone, we’ll see you in person at no additional cost to you.

We can normally evaluate common problems like headache, sore throat, cough, abdominal pain, and urinary problems just by asking you the right questions.
