Your medicine should come with confidence, not confusion
Genuine products matter. So do clear instructions, reliable stock and knowing what to do when you miss a dose or do not feel better.

A prescription is only useful when it becomes the right medicine
Penda Pharmacy works with established suppliers in Kenya and stocks more than 600 medicine products across the network. Your consultation, prescription and pharmacy are connected, helping the team make sure the medicine matches the care plan.
Ask the questions before you get home
Know what each medicine is for, the dose, timing, number of days and important side effects. Ask whether it should be taken with food and what to do if you miss a dose. If there are several brand options, the pharmacy professional can explain the clinically appropriate choices and cost.
Do not share or save treatment for next time
A medicine that was right for one illness—or one person—may be wrong for another. Do not share antibiotics, blood-pressure medicine or other prescriptions. Complete treatment as directed and return medicines that need safe disposal rather than keeping an unlabelled collection at home.
Call when the plan is not working
If you develop a concerning reaction, symptoms worsen or you are not improving as expected, ask for advice. Do not quietly double a dose or add another medicine. The Penda team can review the plan and tell you whether you need urgent care, a follow-up consultation or a different treatment.
